Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: DCS don’t charge for delivery to companies in the South West.
Q: Is there a minimum order value?
A: There is no minimum order value (and no hidden charges either). However, DCS do encourage customers to think green and collate their orders as much as possible to help reduce carbon footprints as much as possible.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: For orders placed before 5pm, DCS delivers to the following towns the next working day: Bridgwater, Brixham, Buckfastleigh, Chard, Chudleigh, Clyst St. Mary, Crewkerne, Cullompton, Dartmouth, Dawlish, Exeter, Glastonbury, Highbridge, Ilchester, Ilminster, Ivybridge, Kingsteignton, Kingsbridge, Langport, Martock, Newton Abbot, Paignton, Plymouth, Somerton, South Petherton, Street, Taunton, Teignmouth, Torquay, Totnes, Wellington, Williton, Wiveliscombe and Yeovil. All items in stock will be delivered to these areas the next working day. Q: What’s your returns policy?
A: To arrange a free-of-charge return, go to www.dcsoffice.co.uk/arrangeareturn. Standard catalogue products (with the exception of special order items and food) can be returned to us in an unopened, unused condition within 14 days of delivery free of charge. The goods will be collected by one of our drivers once a collection note has been processed with the order details.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: If you have been issued with a login and password, any orders placed will be automatically charged to your company credit account. An invoice will be sent to your Accounts department after delivery has taken place.
Q: Can I make a personal purchase that will not be charged to my company credit account?
A: Yes we can take a credit/debit card payment, as long as the delivery address is a business address. Currently we do not take credit card payments online – to make a personal purchase please call us on 0845 850 1973.
Q: I can find the same item cheaper elsewhere – can you match this price?
A: If you have found the same product cheaper elsewhere, click here to request a special quotation and we will do our best to match the price you have been quoted. Please note the product must be like-for-like, for example if you have found a cheaper price for a compatible printer cartridge, we will quote for a compatible, not the manufacturer’s original.
Q: I want to buy a large quantity of a particular product – will DCS offer me a better price for bulk buying?
A: Although DCS do not penalise for small orders and offer fair, net prices across the whole catalogue range, we are happy to quote for large quantities of products: click here to request a special quotation.
